Sometime in late November of 2024, Pluto did some weird sh!t and I’m not even sure I believe in all that because, REALLY?! Also, Pluto got demoted from Planet to Rock so how can it even be in charge of anything cosmically other than having an orbit that is giving retro spirograph vibes?
Anyway, the amount of WTF “coincidences” that are happening at Cohere on the daily are a bit sus so I’ve decided to lean my head into the Universe’s open doorway and announce *loudly* everything that we have been looking for so it can ring our literal doorbell again. - $190 Million Dollars to buy the Foothills Mall so they stop doing it wrong. The Coherians tell me I only need this much because of taxes. I think the mall actually costs closer to $60M.
