Cohere Coworking has moved to a new building! While we adored the building we occupied on South Howes St for the last several years, Cohere has always maintained that coworking is about the community, not the space. That being said, our new coworking space at 400 Remington in Old Town Fort Collins is beautifully designed to take advantage of the true benefits of coworking—connection and community.

Main Working Area
The main working area sits near a bank of windows, bathing it in natural light. There are a variety of comfortable desk setups, including sit/stand desks, additional monitors and work gear, and the cords and cables needed to connect them up.
Workstations are arranged in the open to take advantage of the productive momentum of working alongside others. In addition, we have several small booths suitable for taking calls or attending online meetings.
Private Office and Conference Rooms
Our private conference room, The Caravan Room, is perfect for conferences, meetings, and learning sessions. We also have two private offices that can be booked by members to take care of projects that require a little extra quiet or focus. The Oasis has a window above the workstation to let in the natural light, creating a comfortable and motivating spot for work that requires extra focus. The Sonder room is a quiet, cozy space with gentle lighting encompassing a workspace with a phone.

Community Spaces
The workspaces are wonderful, but the true, beating heart of coworking is community and collaboration, and that is where Cohere excels.
Kitchen and Dining
Cohere is indeed within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and coffee shops, but leaving the office to eat isn’t always practical or preferred. Our kitchen area has a refrigerator for storing lunches and snacks, a microwave to heat up your food, a variety of dishes and silverware, and a dishwasher to keep them clean and sanitary.
The eating space is set up to encourage members to share their break and lunch times with one another—through conversations over coffee, planned or impromptu lunch get-togethers, or simply chatting while microwaving a meal. These encounters often lead to greater connection and collaboration, sometimes even lifelong friendships.
Puzzle Station
When Cohere introduced the puzzle station earlier this year, it was an instant hit, so when we moved to our new space, we doubled down on that particular amenity. We now have two tables for puzzles with four seats so that our members can work on puzzles together.
Welcoming Lobby
The lobby area is the first area one sees when walking into Cohere Coworking. It is slightly removed from the working area and has cozy chairs, books, and magazines, making it a delightful spot for people to wait, for members to take a quiet break, or to learn something new.
Moving was, as always, a transition that entailed a lot of cooperation and work as a community. It was very much worth the effort. While those of us who worked in the previous building will always hold its quirkiness in our hearts, the move to 400 Remington offers us new opportunities to learn and connect.
