Friendly Faces
Cohere Coworking is a friendship-based coworking community. This means that while the workspaces are typically humming with productivity—collaboration and conversation are not strangers in our halls, either. Our members are more than happy to recommend professionals in the area, compare current projects, or just have a pleasant conversation while grabbing a cup of coffee in the kitchen area.
Amenities Galore
The space at Cohere Coworking is packed with useful amenities, both expected and unexpected. There’s excellent high-speed Wi-Fi service, of course, along with delicious Jackie’s Java coffee and a selection of teas in the kitchen area. There’s a refrigerator to keep your lunch or leftovers cold while you work, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls, and silverware to use while you are there, and a dishwasher to ensure that they remain sanitized.
The main workspace is a sun-drenched open space with varied seating options. The traditional workstations are interspersed with a few sit/stand desks, and there are three small phone rooms for private calls. Just outside the main workspace is a very comfortable balcony patio space with chairs and tables—suitable for lunch, working, socializing, or taking a break. There are also a few cubbies with desks lining the hall and working while sitting on the comfy sofa in the breakroom is absolutely allowed.
We also have unusual and inspiring artwork, a photo wall to help you put names to faces, and a Mr. Rogers magnet on the fridge with a mix-and-match wardrobe. In the main bathroom, you’ll also find a few personal hygiene products to help you make sure you’re ready for any late afternoon meetings and a variety of colorful band-aids.
Location, Location, Location
There are always interesting activities going on in Fort Collins—summer, winter, and everything in between. Many of them are centered around the Old Town district of Fort Collins. Cohere is located just steps from Old Town, making it easy to move from your workday to exploring the city, and back again.
Conference Rooms
Along with the comfortable flex desks found in the main workspace, Cohere Coworking has a variety of conference rooms available. On the first floor of the building, you’ll find two rooms. The first is just off the foyer before you reach Hobbiton. It is a comfortable venue for one to four individuals, making it the perfect place for video calls or smaller meetings. The second is The Oasis, also suitable for one to four individuals, but with a completely different vibe. This room has gentle lighting, a soft color scheme, cozy seating, and a sound machine outside the room for added privacy. The Oasis is ideal for telehealth calls, personal calls, informal meetings, meditation sessions, and coaching sessions.
A larger conference room suitable for around a dozen individuals is available on the basement level. Not only do wheeled tables and easy-to-move padded chairs make it easy to configure this room to suit your needs, but there is both a flat panel screen display and a whiteboard. This is particularly nice for slightly larger meetings, collaborative work, and presentations.
Whether you are using one of these spaces while on a day pass or you’re only looking to book one of our conference rooms for an hour or two, we’ve got you covered.
